Ruby is the stone of divine creativity and spiritual wisdom. For centuries, the ruby was considered the stone of love, energy, passion and power. They are mentioned several times in the Bible and ancient Sanskrit, worn by royalty throughout human history and believe to protect ancient warriors in battle. The Mogok Valley in Upper Myanmar (Burma) was for centuries the main source for rubies. But now, many are also mined in Thailand, Cambodia, India, Pakistan and Afghanistan.  These red rubies have been strung with Japanese Keshi pearls and hand hammered Thai Hill-Tribe silver tubular spacers. This necklace can be worn as single, double or triple wrapped. It can also be wrapped as a bracelet.
